As for modern art, much of it inspires anger and befuddlement.....as
in WTF? I can paint 3 tones of black on canvas, whats the big deal
here? As a matter of fact, I set up a faux homage to modern art in an
apartment I lived in in Old Town back in the early 90s.....I was
working in a plastic injection molding factory at the time and I would
collect these cool looking plastic blobs that would ooze out of the
machines. I'd paint them and hang them on the wall. I also took short
lengths of rope, tied a knot in 'em and tacked them to the wall. There
you have it, modern art! The slacker chicks I knew back then were
impressed......
