Read a blurb in USA today saying several live shows for Graham Parsons

were shows that he opened for them.

Nice.....here's the blurb:
Amoeba sinks teeth into Burritos' tracks
As a volume dealer in used CDs and vinyl, California mini-chain Amoeba
Records accumulates a lot of rare recordings. Now it's adding to the
trove by releasing one of its own.
Coming out in September on the Amoeba label (also home to
singer-songwriter Brandi Shearer) are two discs of unreleased 1969
live tracks by country-rock pioneers the Flying Burrito Brothers.
Titled Gram Parsons Archive Volume 1, after the Burritos' legendary
leader, the album is taken from three shows in San Francisco in which
the group opened for the Grateful Dead.
The tapes had languished in the Dead's copious vaults and contain,
according to Amoeba co-founder Dave Prinz, high-quality versions of a
number of classic country and rock 'n' roll songs (covers of Hank
Williams, the Everly Bros. and more) unrepresented on previous Parsons
or Burritos records.
