I have no doubt of that.
Back in the mid 80's the I-95 Mianus River bridge between Stamford and
Greenwich, CT collapsed. (There were some big bolts holding each section
of the bridge to the piers which held the bridge up which sheared off
from the vibration of the traffic and corrosion caused by the salt air)
I vividly remember when this happened. and boy it made a major mess for a
few days. It was the major Northbound connection between NYC and Boston.

That created quite a problem for anyone who wanted to get into Mianus.
Luckily, Uranus was unaffected.
