Yeah, I do come from a wealthy white family. I am also the black sheep of
that same family. I'm not wealthy though, far from it. And I didn't follow
any career path that would even remotely qualify me as a "self made man" I'm
a carpenter for god's sake. If anything I have practiced downward mobility.
I haven't spent my life in an ivory tower, in corporate America, I am a blue
collar guy.
I care far more about playing music than I ever did about a "career"

and refuse to accept that a great many black people in this country
who haven't had your good fortune see the world as a much darker
place than you could ever imagine.

Again, you don't know what my life experiences are. Yeah, I did come from a
family of wealth and priviledge, but my father also was very active in an
organization called ABC (A Better Chance) and we sponsored several kids from
Harlem and Bedford/Stuy to live with us and attend the local High School.
Granted it was 25 years ago, but I have an intense appreciation for how
difficult it is for Blacks. And I never said it wasn't difficult for them,
that was your extrapolation of my opinion.

I work with plenty of black guys too. I have had long discussions about
race, prejudice etc. And guess what some of them even agree with me about
some of this stuff.

Like most clueless people you're so clueless you don't even know you're
clueless.
