I have been very open about the fact that I made a complaint to
dstime4U and inouriders ISP. One complaint. As for being believed or
accepted...I don't really give a *** at this point.
Just so I'm clear: you made a complaint to his ISP once and never, ever
called his employer (or anyone else)? Is that what you are saying?

I called the number that came up under his ISP and it was a law firm in
Chicago...they wanted to know why I was calling and the rest is
history.
