Hey Kathy,
The Underground Lounge is in the Wrigley Field neighborhood.

I lived at Roscoe and Clark, about 12 years ago.
It's a great area, very diverse and very trendy,
meaning just south at Belmont & Clark is a
well known Goth area, the store for all your
Goth and Hippie supplies is also right there!
It's called, The Alley http://tinyurl.com/pdpgr
Great restaurants right there as well!!
Chicago Diner http://tinyurl.com/lawrg
It's at Roscoe and Halsted which is Boys Town,
very safe, very eccentric. Parking will be a
bitch. So print out a little map of the area.
Come for day and explore the area!
Lots of fun, lots of life!
BTW, does your kid have a name? website?
That's a great idea, Rox. Thanks. I just noticed that the show doesn't
start until midnight, so if we do go, we'll need to find something to do
before the show.
The band is Planetary Blues and my nephew, Nick, is the drummer. They
really are good, if I do say so myself. They played at Blues Fest last
year. They do have a website, www.planetaryblues.com , but I think to hear
them, you have to go to one of their myspace pages, they have two -
www.myspace.com/planetaryblues and
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=71337934
Let me know what you think of them.
