You also mentioned being anxious. Do you grind
teeth in your sleep?

I used to. My dentist made a night guard (in the office)
that fits onto the two front teeth, but keeps you from
biting/grinding. It has been life changing! Within a
week, I have stopped having a stiff neck and shoulder.
What a change from 25 years of a daily stiff neck!
It was actually my chiro (who does the NSA) who said
my shoulder/neck pain was due to my teeth

Have you got a hidden camera in my house? :-) You bet I grind my teeth
and my dentist has suggested a mouth guard a few times. I always just
brushed it off.
So now I'll be looking into insoles for my shoes and a mouthguard.
Both great advice.

Get yourself some kneepads and you'll be all set to play a little
hoops.
