Matter of fact hops and cannabis are botanically very close. So close that
there has been a legend around for years that you can graft hops onto a
cannabis rootstock to produce hops stuffed with THC. You know the sort of
legend. Everybody knows someone who has a cousin that did it successfully,
but they've never tried it themselves.

My understanding is that cannabis needs to be cooked or smoked to generate
the required effect. Midwives used to prescribe cannabis tea for labouring
women to ease labour, but it had no hallucinogenic effect at all.
