That's not what his article was about. He makes the case that CO2
gasses produced by man as well as the United States' failure to sign
the ridiculous Kyoto treaty caused hurricane Katrina. Sorry to all in
this forum who may be offended, but you'd have to be a complete fool to
believe that.
