Dennis Wilson's Pacific Ocean Blue

Can anyone help me to like this album more than I do - after 2 or 3
listens? I thought I'd like it a lot, but that was probably based on
his vocals on songs like A Time To Live In Dreams, which I love.
Could it be a case of an album that's been unavailable for so long
that it's gained a reputation that's a little over the top? I heard
on the radio that the reissue has sold loads of copies in the UK. Any
help here would be good
.
