I never heard of this one either. Dylan is uncredited in "Backtrack".

I've seen it on dvd (it's apparently still available for $12.99 from
Amazon). However, Dylan's very brief appearance may not justify an
actual purchase (unless you're a completist).
He sounds like Elmer Fudd and looks like David Duvochny here!
