And for me, I never got through Bluebeard, I don't think. Breakfast of
Champions was the last one I think I actually read.

Of the early ones, I thought Sirens of Titan and Slaughterhouse-Five
were the best, and Cat's Cradle, perhaps the most overblown. I also
liked Mother Night a lot, and God Bless You Mr. Rosewater, as well as
the short story collection, Welcome to the Monkeyhouse.

Bluebeard; the best summation of the world of art I know of.
Ah, reminiscing, so many lovely books. Don't forget Galapagos and
Slapstick.
Vonnegut's books are like bags of potato chips. Each one filled with
little morsels and of course you can't eat just one. Too often I ate the
whole bag at one go.
Like Dylan, perhaps moreso, Vonnegut helped firm up the foundations of
my soul.
