this statement alone certainly doesn't rule out old songs;

Certainly not, and I didn't mean to suggest that it did. It just seemed as
though people were placing an unusual amount of credence in an uncredited
rumor about the old-songs-reworked thing, while a documented statement from
the theater owner would seem (on the surface) to indicate otherwise.

At any rate, I have no doubt that whatever he puts out is gonna kick ass.
