I was looking at the Masked & Anonymous forum in www.imdb.com and a thread
included an interesting coincidental link between the song and the movie.
well, I thought it was interesting...

I know its not exact, but think about it. "Midnight all the AGENTS and the
superhuman crew" like Neo and the others. The agents kill everyone "who
knows more than they do." The "factory" is like the place they keep all the
people for energy. The agents don't want anybody to "escape" from the
monotony of fake life, just like Desolation row.

Like I said, not exactly like it, but in a way its sorta Matrixy. Don't you
think?
