I don't understand what you are saying at all. If you are saying all Dylan is doing is writing wierd lyrics that mean nothing you must be crazy. Dylan's writings come from many existant streams at the time of his compositions. They are pretty easily track back in fact. That he put his own unique spin on the language is true but every original artist does that.

So no, I don't agree that Dylan's lyrics are strange. They are mind-boggling but not strange.
