The situation here is really a bit odd.

Dylan was invited to the operation at 1961 - but with the fault
of being a left wing man. The left wing used this for lyrics about
the right wing. Dylan was interested in military operations - but
not for the other wing.

The child was also a part of the operation at 1961 - but with the fault
of being only three years old. The left wing did mention this already
about late 1961, mostly by hinting the illegal acting by kidnapping.

Perhaps Dylan's lyrics are a bit easier to get sense by this theory
of mine.

We have to understand that the main objectives with the operation
was to hide things - but this can't be done by a erratic way of
manning it. It will not be hidden as intended - #%="!&%.

The manning of this operation was hugely erratic - this is now a
basic fact. A folksinger and a baby of three years - dear God, is
the least one can say.

And how is the child going to get its rights provided?

By comments by Julius and others?

By legal court sessions?

Are we living in a world made for children growing up to man?
Or are we living in a world made for children being children?

The world has the dice now.
