Depends on whether it's live or not. If it's not live, you can cache
the video stream and offer higher quality, because you're not as
susceptible to bandwidth variations and the resulting dropouts.

Why are you using future tense for a past event?

We didn't have that problem this time, but in the past, some person
running the auditorium lights turned on some from the side that were
right in my line of sight to the conductor, and I had to object
strenuously to get them turned off.
