After 6 months of analyzing the situation I have ordered the IDF and
IAF to help the Egyptians

Thank God that Brigadier Mussa Peled was Commander of iDF Headquarters
Reserve Armored Division in case of war in Oct 73 instead of Patreus.
He was ordered to set up a defense line to protect Tel-Aviv. He
immediately submitted a plan of attack and 2/3s of his division and
Dan Laner's full armored division rolled up every Syrian tank(5
divisions) in the Sinai in two days
