My list is topped by Simon Rattle. I have yet to hear a single
recording from him that was even slightly satsifying, let alone that
even approached the hype from British reviewers that seem to consider
him the musical messiah. I would not surprised if worthy recordings
under his direction exist, but I've given up any effort to find them.

I don't think I can contribute here. I can think of no classical artist
that I would regard as absolutely worthless.
