I (graciously) grant you a right to an opinion, while designating it

Most Americans have no comprehension of the seriousness of the forces
of disruption in our own country; you expect them to understand
Israel?

I don't understand what you're talking about. I well understand that
most
gentiles don't know much about Judaism, Zionism and Israel. Perhaps the
problem is my use of the term anti-Semitism. We can start looking it
up and
see if my usage is right or wrong. I don't think you have to have
hatred in
your heart to be anti-Semitic. Perhaps that is what ticked you off.
Note I
said "form of anti-semitism." If a couple of Mormons come to my door and
want to try to convert me, I consider that a form of anti-semitism. That
don't hate me. They love me. The want me to see the light. But they
don't
accept me as I am.

Well hell, that's just illogical. Mormon missionaries have come to my
door too, with the hope of converting me. I very much doubt that
antisemitism was involved. Actually, they weren't much interested in
what - if any - religious beliefs I might hold, after they determined
that I wasn't a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints. Of course
they aren't going to 'accept you as you are' - you aren't a Mormon.

We have a Mormon Church (Latter Day Saints) just around the corner from us. The building looks forbidding, but I have to say, that my wife has often joked and chatted with the many Mormons who used to knock at doors in the UK (over 30 years ago), but strangely I don't think any have visited us in Taree yet, despite the close proximity of their church.
