Of course not, Frank is not in favour of war crimes! Even Israel isn't
in favour of war crimes - although it violates international
humanitarian law.

AFAIK Frank is an utterly decent of guy. Being the man (and father and
grandfather) he is, Frank is more in favour of Israel (and therefore the
status quo), than in favour of a solution of the conflict in the Middle
East.
