Absurd? Sure, but "gouging"? We're talking about a *record*. It's
not like this is an essential item like food, clothing, or shelter.
If the price is too high, no one will buy it. If someone buys it,
then the price, while it may be way more than you and I would want to
pay, was obviously not too high.

All right, not "gouging"; how about "misleading"? Or just plain "lying"?
