All,
Picking your brains again... Some friends of mine and I have a regular
themed summer get together where we eat and play music. It has fallen on my
burdened shoulders to cover the classical music side (most of the others
more into those popular music genres. ;^)
Anyway ,this year the theme is Texas. So, I'd appreciate tips on composers
born, raised or based in there, and/or classical works that have some kind of
Lone Star State association!
Don Gillis, if memory serves, born and raised in the Lone Star State.
