AVG doesn't lie. I'm not accusing you of _intentionally_ posting some
virus-like entity. Your computer is probably infected and you are
unaware of it. (Exactly the same thing happened to me many years
ago, in a mailing list). You should be thanking me.

AVG blasted up on my screen after I tried to open your link, and
"asked" what I wanted done with a "Trojan" (or other that was within
that link) and I put into my "vault". I hope you don't think that I
would have any personal interest in falsely 'crying out FIRE'. I was
simply protecting others in this ng who might open themselves up to
some trouble.

I noted somewhere else in the course of following these happenings
(or in another related thread) that it was written that you posted
something containing a Trojan, and I can confirm it.

I have no reason to apologize for accurately reporting my experience. AVG
found something of an unacceptable nature in the link, period. Any
interested parties are welcome to look at the AVG vault on my puter for the
corresponding date, 6/29/08 at the time of my alert. There is nothing
"childish and illegal about my behavior", but only what any responsible
person might and SHOULD do.
