ArkivMusic has reissued it in their ArkivCD series:

http://www.arkivmusic.com/classical/album.jsp?album_id=176847

$39.99 (3 CDs)

Excellent news for those who admire this work and these artists!

Bad news for the (fictional) EMI middle manager who grabbed a cartonful
of these and has been selling them through a variety of "blinds" on eBay
ever since. ;--)

[chuckle]

Good to see this available again. Is the booklet included?

Yes.

How are they handling the package as an entirety? The original CD release
had the three discs in a double-box, a square-bound booklet with the notes
and libretto, and an outer cardboard case. What comes with this one?
