OT Stupid they said, but at least he is honest

Someone, Here called John Conyers stupid. Here is a quote from the LA
Times

"If there is one message abundantly clear based on the results of last
year's election results, it is that the American people want us to end
the culture of corruption that has enveloped the legislative process,"
said Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) "We've heard that message loud and
clear."

At least he knows he and his collegues are crooks. A question for Mr.
Conyers. If the people did not vote many incumbents out last November,
would it be okay to still be corrupt?
