Well, I can think of a few arias from Mozart's "Don Giovanni" and
"Zauberfloete" that are pretty angry.
If you mean Monostatos' aria, that's not anger, that's horniness.
For an angry Mozart character, try Osmin. His little "Turkish music"
interruption in the final ensemble in "Entführung" is a perfect example.
