"New and improved" is a phrase that sends shivers through my system. In
my experience, it has nearly always turned out to mean a smaller size
for a higher price or an inferior version of an old product. We'll just

To me, it is an advertising buzzword which means "no change whatsoever" as
often as it ever means anything else.
