Well, considering what happened to the Nonesuch back catalog during the
time that Nonesuch was a sub-sub-division of Warner, I'd say that we can
make a pretty good guess about the answers to those questions.

Yes, and that same great Nonesuch back catalogue was utterly ignored during
the reign of Matthew Cosgrove, whom some people unaccountably feel was that
godlike figure who saved the label, defeated Communism, cured the common
cold, and brought lasting peace to the world. Ha, ha. It is to laugh.
