Sort of related, I think that the Berlin premier of the Hindemith Left Piano concerto with Fleisher/Rattle you were interested in can be heard on the internet on NRK Alltid on Monday at 0300-0500 PST.

Thanks! That first URL, which I imagine is the highest bitrate, opens just fine in WinAmp, and I'm enjoying some piano piece, probably by Schubert. How would I find scheduling for that Berlin Philharmonic concert?

By the way, a kind individual did capture the San Francisco broadcast and posted it on one of the binaries groups, so I have Fleisher's performance with Blomstedt. It's a quirky piece, redolent at least as much of Bartok (!) as of its actual composer; and I just *love* the effect of what sounds like double-anvil strokes in the first movement, very mechanistic.
