Untrue. I did mention it.

No one is threatened by you. My how high and mighty we think we are.

Spewed what? Just because you wrote a program doesn't make you an expert on
wind playing. There are many former NY freelancers now in the Marine Band
and no one has ever heard of you. The sax players I've asked generally
consider the Guardala mouthpiece to be a jazz piece and somewhat
inconsistent at that. They don't play them. Seems to me that something
that "revolutionized" the music industry would be played by every sax player
in the professional. That's the thing the m.p.s though. Everyone has a
different mouth. I've been through the search for the magic mouthpiece and
I finally came back the the standard Bach 4G. Works for me and a lot of
other players. Doesn't work for others.

Why would I need to? (You see, I know how to use a question mark.)
Let's see you transcribe music for band. Big deal. Let's see you teach
beginners. How long before they go crying for Mommy? Let's see you play in
a professional ensemble considered the world over to be among the best in
its field.
Don't play tit for tat, Jeffrey. You're not the only person who makes a
living at music.
>> Don you are out of your league.
I am very comfortable in my league, thank you. I appreciated your
contributions. I just simply tired of your arrogance.
>> You would get burned playing with the big boys.
I assume the big boys do not include you.
>> Now get some sleep.
Just woke up from a wonderful sleep. I sleep with my wife of 22 years. Who
do you sleep with?
>> Your beginning trombone students are relying on you.
I gave up my studio when we moved last year. I do plan to start another in
my new neighborhood some day, but my work schedule has been pretty full.

A slightly lowered 4th position, actually.
>>
>> You once said my patents don't mean a thing.
No, you are being untrue. I said they don't mean much to those who are
piling on you in this NG, and they don't. On the other hand, your arrogance
and abrasive attitude does.
>> Yes they do. They make you green with envy
No...they don't. Rather "pompous" of you to say that, though.
>>
>> p.s. Real players laugh at the marine band. I have heard them
Funny, a lot of Julliard, Eastman, Peabody, NEC, Shepherd, Illinois,
Indiana, Curtis, Cleveland, (etc.) graduates with Bachelors, Masters, and
Doctorate degrees are crowding our auditions to get in. Many have been
freelancing for several years. Most still freelance. One of our trumpeters
still gets calls to sub with the NY Phil.
