supporting a legal definition of Fair Use

Although the Sage of Seelys Bay may object, I'd like to post a URL that all
U.S. record collectors should read and act on. It concerns largely
ignored effots by one Congressman to get a legal definition of Fair Use
enacted into law, and urges us to contact our Representatives about
getting it enacted. With an election coming up next year they will at
least listen, and maybe reply.
