Here's a short video of something I tried a long time ago. I wish I could do it better, but there is some truth here, at least for me. I'll leave it up for a couple of days. If I were still playing the guitar I would do this for 20 minutes a day and nothing else. I'd also do it very slowly and not like on the video. See what you think.
