Anybody know of a one page exercise for the 12th fret and above?  I
started one draft version for the 12th position (frets 12, 13, 14, 15)
but I would like one done by a teacher.

Eh!?? ask your teacher then!  Otherwise just transpose something from
the first position an octave up.

This is good advise. Writing the notes up there will reinforce your
memory, plus there's no better motivator than practicing something
you've written--even if you've only transposed it.

Matt, Yes, I was already in the process of writing my own exercises.
I just simply asked if there was anything already out there to refer
to.

Ed, are you we going to have to take your Amazon account away now!
