I would suggest, as Eduardo Fernandez does in all his masterclasses,
fix the problems now. Since you know the problem areas, consider
slowing down to specific metronome speed that allows you to play the
piece with legato scales and vocal-like phrases.

I'm cautiously getting back into daily practicing and started with the
first piece from "Mel Bay presents Solo Pieces for the Young
Guitarist". Hope I can get back my mojo after 14 months of not
