You mean the Aquatic ape hypothesis? Been there done that. So far
evolutionists cannot find the missing link between ape, and modern
man. The Aquatic ape theory is a desperate attempt to do so.

If you want to believe that space me dropped us off 150 million years
ago and it has been downhill for the species
since then, well, that's one view point. Hardly enough to leave Darwin
in the dust. Show me proof of the landing. I trust
the geologic record more than any tome penned by humans. Just because
writings are old doesn't mean they are based on
facts, and do not in and of themselves constitute conclusive proof.

Well John how do we know that Columbus discovered America ( San
Salvador) ? Yes from a written account. Why do you discredit written
accounts? We manage to use them when convent, and discard them when
they don't tell us what we want to know.

80% of Americans don't believe the theory of evolution. Not that
that means anything, but the point being, science is ramming a
hypothesis down everyones throat. Darwin himself said that fossil
records are incomplete, and the lack of transitional species was
troubling. Even more so from ape to human.

Concerning so called "space men". I can provide many written
accounts in many ancient cultures around the world of how man came
into being. None say God made Ape then Ape made man.

The Ancient Bon religion of Tibet states man came from the sky, what
that means I don't know. Tibetan people say they came from the sexual
union between a monkey and a deity.

Buddhist and Hindus say that Gods visited the earth and after eating
the food here, their bodies became dense and they were unable to
travel back to where they came from. Thus man de evolved from Gods.
The Bible says Man was made in the image of God. So we devolved from
the Gods.

There are also legends about giants, and humans, that lived to be
900 years old etc, as opposed to humans now days.

Gods and Demi Gods are represented as a state of higher
conciseness, so personally I don't believe they were necessarily space
men. However, if one spends some time actually investigating accounts
of UFO's etc, the amount of very credible witness makes for a very
compelling case.
