The corporate tax rate for them is fairly high but then there are the hidden
breaks.

Corporate tax rates are lower than individual tax rates and they have
loopholes you can drive an 18-wheeler through. Wages are taxed at a
higher rate than unearned income.
I wouldn't mind seeing unearned income taxed the same as wages. INMO,
income is income and should be taxed equally - maybe come up with a
flat rate to tax income that is < the current earned income rate and >
the rate for unearned income, to balance things out.
