With Obama squandering his historic opportunity, I fear it is time to
consider expatriation. Since I prefer cooler climates I'm exploring
the possibility spending summer and winter in entirely different
hemispheres. Uruguay seems ideal for May-August. Your suggestions
for the rest of the year?

I have an article about moving to Central America. Seems if you live
above maybe 3,000 feet it's perpetual spring. Live at sea level it's
perpetual summer. I'll convert the article to pdf and send it to
anyone who would like to read it. Give me a couple days.
