Carlos, the Sonata you mention can be played directly from the originalo
harpshichord text, with just a few adjustments that you will device with n=
problem. Why depending from a transcription if you can be your own
transcriber, editor and performer, according to your scolarship and taste?=
Carlos, I was just about to write the same thing but AG sums it up
completely. BTW, I recommend pairing it with K. 323, although that
one will require a little more finessing, but well worth it.

Mes amis:
I had begun to consider writing my own and after staying up all night
playing as many versions as I could lay my hands on, I began to think
about doing my own arrangement, "according to my own scholarship and
taste" (such as it is) after all. It has never hurt me to do so.
The use of the slurs that CBL uses gives a VERY specific and beautiful
sound, and though I like it at first blush, something in my head tells me
to try something else and I must obey... whether I'm right or wrong...
Now, Andresito, after having read through Eliot Fisk's arrangement of 323,
which I believe is it's pair, (been a while since Ralph Kirkpatrick and I
have communed)... I am convinced that Maestro Fisk must have fingers that
support Charles Darwin's interesting theory. :)
I keep hearing Horowitz playing it in my head and only wish I might do so
as well....
Thanx,
C
