Greetings,
The last email I sent to Larry was to apologise for offering to sue
him and to make the point that anyone can sue anyone for anything,
period; by default, the plaintiff ALWAYS has the financial upper
hand. It is easy to financially ruin someone simply by being
incompetent as a plaintiff. My family has suffered greatly from my
daughter having to leave her high school friends, teeth not being
fixed, to tapping into her college fund. Larry continues to state
allegations that are not true helping to tarnish my good name. I
stated to Larry that I could have been nicer about this thus perhaps
helping him to be sympathetic. I wouldn't wish this kind of pain on
my worst enemy, wish Larry well and hope he would wish the same for
me. After an apology, I have a student show me this stuff here?!?! I
do not wish to be libeled and am asking you once again to stop. I do
not wish to participate in this newsgroup and ask that you respect
those wishes.
I have literally set my guitar down and am working around the clock
for Ron Paul in the Iowa Straw Poll. From several trips to Iowa,
hundreds of telephone calls, and hundreds of hand-cramping letters,
email is a place to give my hand a rest. I simply sent a pre written
letter to whoever happaned to be in my address book by default. It is
reasonable that a handfull of people hear would have been in my
address book.
To be honest, I find it pathetic that someone's life can be so
unmeaningful that they have nothing better to do than read internet
newsgroups all day, every day. Talking on the telephone with people
reveals that most people lack the ability to carry on a conversation.
The world is going to hell and I am doing what little I can for the
sake of my daughter.
I haven't done anything wrong nor anything illegal to anyone. I don't
want my name in this newsgroup and I don't want to be talked about.
And I certainly don't want to be libeled by someone that has had to be
asked numerous times to stop and threatened with a lawsuit. I of all
people know how easy it is to *** with someone's pocketbook out of
sheer malice.
Good Day.

The only point I wanted to make to you was as follows: anyone can sue anyone for anything period. It is a very easy thing to do and the Plaintiff ALWAYS has the upperhand concerning moeny. Is the case right or wrong? That is up to YOU to argue and will cost plenty of money. In addition, venue shopping is one of the easiest ways to financially ruin someone. If a person is rich, they can fight back. The bottom line is, the world isn't fair, that doesn't make it okay, but still, the world isn't fair. To make matters worse, many times you have discussed the lawsuit in public in such a way as to suggest that I have done something wrong. That is not an okay thing to do, especially when someone asks you to stop. I am trying to take the higher road and understand why you chose to do that. I am asking you nicely to just be careful and to consider the consequences of your actions. I could have been nicer about it thus perhaps helping you to better be sympathetic. For that I apologise. You don't have to accept my apology, but do know that I wish you well, and I would hope you would wish the same for me. If it had been me, I would have apologised. Either way, be well.
