This is good news.
Mike Chapdelaine was forced to put his guitar in baggage several weeks
ago and it was broken. Additionally, our young performing group,
"Austin Bella Corda" is playing in Washington in June and I had to
book the flights through a travel agent. I specifically requested "no
Delta" due to their guitar policy. Although Delta's announcement was a
week late for my purposes, I hope this makes flying guitarists a bit
more secure. And they should know that they have expanded their market
a bit.

They broke one of mine coming from Florida and they also replaced it, perhaps the sales receipt, claim form and photographs helped... but having my letter typed on my attorney's letterhead/ stationary may have been even more persuasive... ya think?
