Chris Cutler was the drummer for the avant-rock bands Henry Cow and the
Art Bears. He's worked with Iancu Dumitrescu as well, so I'm a little
surprised he wasn't more thorough.

This astounds me. Why does he think so-called avant-garde rock didn't
happen until the 1980s, when he was playing it in 1968??! Well, they
say that anybody who claims to actually remember the 1960s is lying.
