I misspoke. It's actually a spreadsheet. I used Excel. Just name, title,
label, catalog number, 1-5 stars (my rating), place of purchase, price,
and value. Nothing very elaborate.
Why not turning the tracks of all your CDs/LPs into MP3s and
making/updating multiple copies on several storage devices? I do so. In
this way, if CDs are lost, you still get (not only) your collection list
and the music! You can even scan CD covers. Then, you get your own digital
library. :)
