Oh, I'm in heaven. Better to have old Kirk and young Savak then young
Spock and old Commodore Decker.
Now the mind turns back to Hillary...those women who offered up their
hearts and souls for her, meanwhile she and Spock are in a brie filled
back room--Hillary takes out the 14th mortgage on HER soul. Later, in
a completely scripted bit of political theater, she STOPS THE ROLL
CALL. And she marches around like queen of the mountain. And it's
cheers. And it's tears. And it's Hillary. Sigh...The next sordid and
wearying chapter in the lives of that two headed monster called The
Clintons commences being written. It's Hillary, Hillary, Hillary,
Hillary, Hillary. Yes, it's Hillary, Hillary, Hillary, Hillary. Had
enough? Because for this tired American country it's Hillary,
Hillary, Hillary, Hillary, Hillary.
And the trumpets fade...
And over here, with McCain, if you believe in that sort of thing, is a
response to the wishes certain people may have made with their hearts
to their higher power--higher than Obama even, if you believe in
something higher than Obama, a person who is nothing more and nothing
less than what many may have hoped for.
It's too good. I'm in heaven.
So Palin's the Second Coming, then?
No no no no no - St. Barry's had that locked down for a while now.
Sarah's the stuff, tho. What she's done in Alaska shows that she's a
girl of action, not just words, and cleaning up corruption between
business and politics (G.O.P., even) is a cakewalk for her. She talks
AND walks...
When it comes to diplomacy and negotiation, the other side can't help
but wilt in the face of such smart & firm hotness. The Vice
Presidential debate: ratings beyond the glass ceiling. About the third
question in, let the hair down, shake the head, pull the glasses off
and watch Biden's prostate explosion clear the room...
When asked to comment after the announcement, Barry today faked his
way with "it's more of the same", then about twenty words later,
interspersed with a whole bunch of "uh"s, he backpedalled to "it's
probably more of the same", alluding to his constant mantra that
McCain = Bush.
McCain and Palin both have displayed enough commonsense, brains, and
maverick spunk to pop that droopy little balloon of Barry's.
Abortions aren't on my shopping list this year, nor the next four. If
church going is going to be mandated, I'll pick John or Sarah's over
Jeremiah Wright's. McCain was moderate enough that Pat Robertson and
Jerry Falwell didn't side with him in the past. They sided with Bush.
I'm thinking that Barry's first bad decision as Commander-in-Chief
hopeful was >not< picking Hillary. That, was a total gimme and he blew
it.
And didja see that picture of Miss Wasilla 1984? (google images)
Now I'll go back to thinking about Nancy Kovack wearing some librarian
glasses and I don't know why...
