I've never paid much attention to his slide playing..although I'm
familiar with the
two songs above you mention. I like the solo he does on Harrison's
"Extra Texture"
on "Ooh baby I love you." It takes many listens to get hooked on this
album.
It's not a solo though that Harrison couldn't have played himself, and
I never
understood why he was Lennon's favorite guitarist.
