The simple truth is Mr. Chapman has served not just 20 years but more
than 20 years. That's cruel & unusual punishment.
Why is that? Why should someone get only about 20 years...for taking
someone's life?

Because the state of New York says so. To keep the por guy in longer is
cruel & unusual punishment. If John were alive now he'd be performing at
rallies to free Chapman.

No it doesn't..or he wouldn't be kept where he is.

Cruel & unusual punishment violates hte Constitution. Activist judges
creating laws against the will of the peole is also a violation. It's
pick & choose in America.

John & Yoko were for peace, love, and
forgiveness. They opposed the death penalty like all their fans.
He didn't get the death penalty.

Right. He also didn't get life in prison. He got 20 years with the
chance for parole.
He is suffering and mentally ill. he does not belong in prison. He's a
political prisoner and we know how John & Yoko opposed that.
