Besides, he's done his time. He's paid his debt to society.
The simple truth is Mr. Chapman has served not just 20 years but more
than 20 years. That's cruel & unusual punishment.
Why is that? Why should someone get only about 20 years...for taking
someone's life?
It violates te Constitution.
No it doesn't..or he wouldn't be kept where he is.
John & Yoko were for peace, love, and
forgiveness. They opposed the death penalty like all their fans.
He didn't get the death penalty.
