Things are a lot better for me. I had quad bypass surgery 3 months ago,
feeling a lot better now. They caught the CAD before I had a heart attack
so that is good. My heart is really strong. Spending as lot of time at the
gym, I have more energy now. :)

wish you good health. I'll be damned if I can figure out the name of that
