What do you like to barbeque?

Teryiyaki chicken

And you?

That sounds good.  I like burgers, hotdogs and steaks.

I'm not much of a fish eater but I've also grilled salmon which came
out pretty good.

I also like chicken, but I find chicken is hard to barbeque . . . I
find it gets too cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside.- Hide quoted text -

You need to use the indirect heat method, do you have a Weber?

Salmon marinated in lemon marmalade is good.

Here is my Teriyaki recipe

2 cups low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil (buy it at the Asian markets, it's about 75%
cheaper)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons crusded ginger

Marinate 21 to 24 hours

Grill using indirect heat for 25 minutes

Sometimes I throw in oragnes or pineapples, once a while peanut sauce.- Hide quoted text -

This sounds wonderful!

No, I don't have a weber . . . . I have a very rudimentary grill. I
haven't grilled in a while.

Perhaps I'll try your recipe in the oven and/or under a broiler.

Thanks very much.
