Obviously. Your kind obviously pays no heed to the social structure
that makes us a civilized society. Next you'll be burning CDs. From
there, it's a mere hop, skip and a jump to manufacturing counterfeit
money.


I paid twenty five cents for it. The previous owner had died and some folks were
selling all his old stuff (got some fine old sci-fi paperbacks, too).

You'd better notify the existing copyright holders of this. You owe a
hefty portion of that pay-out to them. That's my advice.
Were any of the paperbacks the 40 cent editions of the Edgar Rice
Burroughs Ace collection? Because if so, then it is my duty to inform
you that those are highly monitored by U.S. copyright watch-dogs, and
I will not hesitate in reporting your entire spiel to them here and
now if they are...

daughter who is heavy on the Beatles, and she will greatly enjoy having it.


No she won't. It's a piece of ***, quality-wise.
Besides... what else is she learning from you, Jack....? Are you aware
that she is looking to you for moral guidance, as well as an example
of what a good, decent and upright person a man is supposed to be? Do
you really want her to not give a rat'z azz about the rights of others
as you do?

All I can say iz, you'd better hope that my ultimate wishes never come
true. When it comes to stealing other people's work, I mean.
Are you aware of the taxing authority that is now in use in this great
land of ours, Jack....? I am and so is my cousin-in-law (who is an
auditor there). I'll be sure to let him know about your utter disdain
for the concept of lawful acquisition of copyrighted material, as well
as the threat that you have here in this group placed upon my life.
